This past month the European Society for the History of Photography (ESHPh), based in Vienna, Austria, published PhotoResearcher no.40, Photograph Truths-Imposing Narratives Special Issue, with yours truly as its Guest Editor. This fabulously printed issue features the works of photohistorians researching histories of photography outside the West, in uncolonized, decolonized and colonized contexts around the world, throughout the history of the medium.
